GiellaLT provides an infrastructure for rule-based language technology aimed at minority and indigenous languages, and streamlines building anything from keyboards to speech technology.
Sometime in the future we would like to use machine translation, translation memory, linguistic analysis etc — all our tools — to semiautomatically localise software into the Sámi languages, and at the same time provide a work bench or ready-made setup for doing the same for other languages.
